Raajdhani Engineering College (REC), Bhubaneswar was established in the year 2006 by Samriddhi Educational Trust, Odisha, with a group of highly talented professionals in the field of Education, Industry, Engineering and Technology over the years. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) proposes that every accredited Institution should establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. As per NAAC guidelines, IQAC’s major work is to develop structures and systems for conscious, constant and catalytic improvements in the overall performance of the college. Under this auspice of the Raajdhani Engineering College (REC), the IQAC was established. Since its establishment, the IQAC has become a part of the College’s system and works toward quality enhancement, sustenance, and initiates measures for improvement of quality in all areas of the College’s educational endeavours. On February 10, 2019, Raajdhani Engineering College (REC)was accredited by NAAC. The IQAC assures all the stakeholders i.e., students, parents, teachers, staff, management, funding agencies and society in general- of accountability in quality management of the College and the education the college is imparting.
